Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

48-hours advance notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of follow-up appointments. No show or cancellations after this time period will be charged a $50 fee. Exceptions or adjustments will be at the sole discretion of the physician and are non-negotiable.

No show or late cancellations of initial assessments/first office appointment will be invited to pursue a relationship with another physician's office. Again, exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the physician and are non-negotiable.
